  • Step 3 - Ideating on desired positioning
    Objective To ideate on the design and functionalities, keeping in mind customers expectations, desired positioning and unique user experience.

  • Is this design financially feasible?
  • Will the design meet customers expectations?
  • Is the message being conveyed properly?
  • Step 4 - Envision the impact
    Objective - To visualize the impact of the design created, in terms of Concept (uniqueness and usefulness), Design, and Functionality. We must have a contingency plan ready in case we get unexpected results.

  • Is the design unique and fulfills all required functionalities?
  • Is the design easy enough (simple) for the target audience to use?
  • Is the design easy to alter periodically or to add new functionalities/pages?

  • Step 5 - Prototype the design
    Objective To create a prototype/mock up showing appropriate flow of information and functionalities and then possibly seek feedback from select users.

  • Do we need any modifications after the review?
  • DAre the updates required of designing nature or functionality part?
  • Is the target audience able to maneuver easily?
  • Step 6 - Implement the tested prototype
    Objective To develop actual web solution based on finalized prototype and to launch and crete buzz, after verification and validation of the web solution.

  • Is the actual model similar to the implemented prototype?
  • Are all the updates mentioned in the review implemented in the actual model?
  • Is the information flow correct after implementing the updates?
  • Have the SEO compliances been met?
  • Is the solution verified for all functionalities?
  • Do we require additional functionalities immediately after launch, like live chat, payment gateways etc?
  • Step 7 - Measure the impact
    Objective - To measure the actual impact of the web solution. This is a continuous process seeking feedback, modifying the design, constantly looking for ways to enhance user experience, add functionalities etc. (follow the entire process once more before implementing any change)
