Sumant is the cofounder and Executive Director of Echo Business Solutions. He is a results-driven executive with over 16 years of cross-functional management experience in India and USA.
He has setup organization and practices; managed and delivered technology solutions and services to customers worldwide; identified and implemented business growth areas; developed customers and markets globally; led multi-disciplinary teams; and served Fortune 500 organizations across various sectors such as financial services, retail and manufacturing etc.
His credentials include an entrepreneurial experience of leading a start up through accelerated growth. As its Chief Executive, Sumant was fully responsible for every critical aspect of the business.
His strengths lie in strong general and operational management and being an articulate and energetic senior executive with strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new business environments.
He is leveraging and applying his Fortune 500 experiences towards assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses. Sumant is nature-freak; music-lover and an avid tennis player.

Ted is the co-founder and Executive Director of Echo LLC. He is an innovator, an entrepreneur, a strategic thinker with the ambition to be the Leading Authority on Personal Transformation in the world. He possesses incredible passion and the talent to constantly re-invent himself, passing on that knowledge and insight to inspire hope and change in others.
Ted's mission is to help human beings access their inner greatness and transform their life by focusing first on personal transformation. He has reached milestones in his role as financial services professional. He qualified for the prestigious Presidents' council, earned a position as partner in the Orlando general office, and ranked as the 5th partner out of 500 partners in New York Life in September 2005.
Ted left New York life to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur. He facilitated a leadership development series called 'The Goal Cultivator', through which he coached entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. He leads and mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs to live by their highest ideals, to take action, and chase freedom.
Ted created The Transformation Network. He envisioned a platform for human beings to uncover their destiny and to align with their purpose in life. The network pioneers millions of communities of Transformation Circles across the world, consisting of 12 people per group, connecting, collaborating, and transforming their lives.
Ted communicates his vision through speaking engagements, facilitating transformation circles, hosting transformation retreats, and creating knowledge products. His interests include surfing, motorcycles, working out, reading, dining and entertainment, and having inspirational conversations.

Sangeet is the cofounder and Executive Director of Echo Business Solutions. She has over 12 years of experience in Corporate & Integrated Communications, Branding, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Public Relations and Event Management. Her work experience spans across India and USA.
Sangeet is a hands-on business leader. Her strong business acumen and excellent communication skills exemplify her entrepreneurial abilities. Her strengths lie in virtually managing clients and team. Bachelors in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communication and Marketing, Sangeet started her career as Marketing Associate at General Motors (USA) and later moved to India where she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Manager - Corporate Communication for almost 4 years.
Sangeet left PriceWaterhouseCoopers to pursue her dream of being an entrepreneur. She has not looked back since then and formed 3 successful companies.
She continues to leverage her depth of experience to assist small businesses and entrepreneurs build robust virtual team.
